No Returns Accepted

At ChinSey.com, we do not accept product returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

We accept refund or replacement claims only in the case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items received

Claim Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Contact us at mail@chinsey.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • You may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement product (if available).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Exceptions

  • Claims made after 48 hours from product delivery will not be accepted.
  • No refunds will be issued for customer errors such as incorrect shipping address or order selection.
  • Shipping delays beyond our control (customs, courier issues, etc.) do not qualify for a refund.
