There are no hidden costs — the price you see on the website is the final price you pay.


2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your country and the supplier’s warehouse location.
On average, orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 10–25 business days.
Please note that customs inspections or international logistics delays may affect delivery times.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe payments only, which allows you to securely pay with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and others).
We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, or PayPal.


4. What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices on our website are shown in euros (EUR).
Your bank or card provider may automatically convert the payment to your local currency.


5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds.
All sales are final.
