No Returns Accepted
At ChinSey.com, we do not accept product returns. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We accept refund or replacement claims only in the case of:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong items received
Claim Conditions:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Contact us at mail@chinsey.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- You may choose to receive a full refund or a replacement product (if available).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Exceptions
- Claims made after 48 hours from product delivery will not be accepted.
- No refunds will be issued for customer errors such as incorrect shipping address or order selection.
- Shipping delays beyond our control (customs, courier issues, etc.) do not qualify for a refund.
